Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped from the UK via Aramex Express service to the following countries:
Bahrain, Jordan, KSA, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and the UAE.
After you place an order on VogaCloset.com, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and are processing it. To keep you informed about the progress of your order, we will send further email notifications as we dispatch your goods, which will include Aramex tracking numbers. You can track the progress of your order by signing into your account or clicking on the Aramex tracking number sent in the email(s). All items on the site are displayed with an estimated time of delivery for each item. We aim to deliver your order in as few packages as possible. However, please note that in some cases your items may be delivered separately.
Aramex delivers directly to your doorstep during regular working hours/days in your country. Alternatively you can pick up your order from your local Aramex office; make sure that you have your tracking number on hand. Click here to locate your nearest Aramex office.
In most cases Aramex will call you to arrange for delivery; however, if you are not available at the time of delivery, a card will be left for you. This will have a date by which you need to collect your package or arrange a re-delivery.
We charge a flat shipping rate of GBP6.95 per order on all orders regardless of the number of items you buy.
Some countries charge customs duties and taxes on importing goods from overseas. Custom duties, taxes, clearance and handling fees are calculated at checkout and, for your convenience, you are given the option of paying for them directly. If you decide to pay them at checkout your order total will be 100% guaranteed and there will be no additional charges due upon delivery. Aramex may contact you to obtain a copy of your ID in order to complete the customs procedure. However, they will not ask you for any payments. Please contact us if you are asked to pay anything.
