Returns Policy

VogaCloset offers you free international returns. If for any reason you wish to return an item you must inform us within 5 calendar days of receiving your order by signing into your account or contacting us at customercare@vogacloset.com if you do not have an account.

Once we receive your returned item(s) we will refund you as promptly as possible. Please note that it may take up to 14 working days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the condition of your item(s) meet our Returns Policy, you will be refunded the full value of your purchase minus the shipping costs. Customs duties, taxes, clearance and handling fees are also non-refundable as they are paid to third parties.

How to make a Return if you have a VogaCloset account

Go to ‘My Account’ and Sign In. Then go to ‘My orders’ and click on ‘View Order’ to open the order summary from which you would like to make a return.

Click the ‘Return’ button in the upper right corner and select the item(s) you would like to return. After you have filled out all the required fields and chosen your preferred refund method (store credit or refund credit card) click ‘submit’. You will receive an email with your ‘Return #’. Please use this number in the Returns Form supplied with your original order for the RMA field.

How to use the Returns Form

  1. Before completing the returns form you need to Sign In to your VogaCloset account to obtain a Return Number, which will be sent to you by email as mentioned above.
  2. Write the Return Number in the box marked RMA on the returns form.
  3. Write the quantity of the items you are returning in the appropriate column on the returns form (leave blank for the items you are keeping).
  4. Calculate the total value of all items returned and write it down in the “Total Return Value” box.
  5. Aramex will contact you within two working days from registering the returns online to arrange a suitable collection time. If you do not hear from Aramex please contact us at customercare@vogacloset.com.

Please ensure to return the goods in the original and undamaged packaging. Hand over the completed return form to Aramex driver along with the returned item(s).

If you have any problems with making a return or do not have a VogaCloset account, please contact us at customercare@vogacloset.com and a representative will contact you within 24 hours to assist you.

Our Policy

Items you wish to return should be in their original condition, unused and with all tags still attached.

Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered or missing items that came with them such as belts, authenticity cards or dust bags may not be accepted.

All items should be returned with the completed Returns Form supplied with the original order. Aramex will refuse to receive the parcel if the returns form is not supplied.

Lingerie, Swimwear and Pierced Jewelry

Briefs, bathing suits, bikini bottoms and pierced jewelry such as earrings are not eligible for return.

Shoes

All shoes must be returned in their original undamaged shoebox and must be unmarked and unsoiled.

Colors

Although we have made every effort to display colors as accurately as possible for the products on VogaCloset, computer monitors vary in how they display colors and we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display the colors accurately.
