Returns and Refunds

You received your order and don't absolutely love it? Don't worry, with VogaCloset returns & exchanges are easy.

Just make sure to inform us within 14 working days of receiving your order. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of VogaCloset.

Please note that we are unable to refund cash for customers who pay using the cash on delivery option. They will get a coupon code by email which can be used for further purchases.

How to make a Return

If you have a VogaCloset account:

  • Sign In to your account and under ‘My Orders’ select the order number(s) containing the item(s) you would like to return.
  • Select the items that you wish to return.
  • Please add the reason for returning your order(s) in the comments box.
  • Vogacloset will send you an e-mail confirmation with your return number.
  • Complete the Return Form supplied with your original order (you just need to fill in the return number in the RMA field, quantity of items you are returning and the total value of these items).
  • Aramex will contact you within 5 working days from receiving the Returns Confirmation Email to reconfirm pickup location and agree on a suitable time to come collect the items. Please make sure to hand over the completed Return Form to Aramex with the items otherwise they will not accept to receive the package, which may cause delays with your refund.
  • Please contact us if you do not hear from Aramex within 5 days from receiving the returns confirmation e-mail at customercare@vogacloset.com.
  • Please ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we ask that you pack your unwanted items securely for shipping.
  • Please note that returns that are damaged, soiled, altered or missing items that came with them such as belts, authenticity cards or dust bags may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
  • Please send all items you wish to return from the same order in one shipment along with the completed return order form to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

If you have any problems with making a return or do not have a VogaCloset account, please contact us at customercare@vogacloset.com and a representative will contact you within 24 hours to assist you.

Once VogaCloset has received your return and it complies with our Returns Policy, we will refund you the money back if you paid by credit card, or send you a voucher code or store credit to use on your next purchase if you paid cash on delivery.

You will be refunded the full value of your purchase minus the shipping costs. Customs duties, taxes, clearance and handling fees are non refundable as they are paid to third parties.
