All orders are shipped from the UK via one of our courier services companies using an Express service.

After you place an order on VogaCloset.com, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and are processing it. To keep you updated, we will send further email notifications as we dispatch your goods, which will include your order unique tracking number. You can track the progress of your order by signing into your account or clicking on the tracking link sent in the email(s).

We aim to deliver your order in as few packages as possible. However, please note that in some cases your items may be delivered separately.

Our courier service companies deliver directly to your doorstep during regular working hours/days in your country. Alternatively, you can pick up your order from your delegated local courier office; make sure that you have your tracking number on hand.
