- To protect the well-being and safety of your child, all our sleeping bags are compliant with standard NF EN 16781 dated February 2020. This standard aims to ensure the safety of your baby, in particular at the level of the width of the neckline in order to avoid any risk of suffocation of the child who would slip in the sleeping bag and also at the level of the thickness of the sleeping bag in order to avoid any risk of hyperthermia (dangerous for a toddler) the TOG must not be too high. Our sleeping bags are therefore now designed to meet this new standard, which is why you will notice that the neckline widths are now smaller and the thickness of the lining is also less important..
A TOG rating is a laboratory test that indicates the thermal resistance of the sleeping bag and is rated from 1 to 10. The higher the TOG, the warmer the sleeping bag.
