Teeth Whitening System

Tear open the foil packets containing a top strip and a bottom strip. Dry the teeth with tissue. First; remove the shorter strip from the plastic and apply to the lower teeth; folding over any excess. Them; remove the longer strip and apply to the top teeth. Leave the strips in place for 1 hour. Remove and dispose of the strips; and rinse away any residual gel. Repeat every day for two weeks. Use in conjunction with the Whitening Toothpaste for maximum results.
