Use in the evening. Start with every alternate day and after 2 weeks of usage; use it everyday. If you are new to Retinol; we recommend starting with the Minimalist 0.3% formula first and then upgrade to this after 2 months. This will allow your skin time to build tolerance to Retinol. Apply on cleansed skin; after any waterbased serums; and before moisturiser. Use of SPF is highly recommended while using this product.
