What Is VOGA VIP?

VOGA VIP is a Loyalty Program that is open to all VogaCloset customers who have registered accounts and are located in the following countries: Bahrain, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. VOGA VIP offers exclusive benefits, rewards, and privileges tailored to enhance the shopping experience for its customers.

Eligibility

VOGA VIP is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account for each individual; each individual account shall be independent, and points shall be calculated based on the purchased amount POINTS. Once you have created a VogaCloset account on our website (www.vogacloset.com) or mobile application (VogaCloset) (both hereinafter referred to as “VogaCloset APP”), you’ll be automatically enrolled into VOGAVIP, and you’ll be required to agree to VOGA VIP’s Terms and Conditions. After the first purchase, users begin accruing additional rewards.
You can review and adjust your communication preferences through your VogaCloset account settings.
VOGA VIP is intended for personal use only; commercial use is prohibited.

POINTS

Members earn POINTS on all completed purchases (those purchases that are not returned, canceled, or refunded) (“Eligible Purchases”) made on VogaCloset APP. POINTS are reflected on your account 30 days after a completed purchase. POINTS are not earned on purchases made before your enrollment into VOGA VIP. Please make sure you are logged in to your account each time you make a purchase, to make sure all POINTS are applied to your account.
In the event of a return/exchange of any eligible purchase that initially earned points, such points will be deducted automatically from the Account that was used for the eligible purchase. Points will be deducted at the same rate as they were earned.
The earned points will be reflected in two wallets: one that can redeem for future purchases and another one to determine your tier.

Redeeming Points

Points can be redeemed for rewards, discounts, special offers, or other benefits as specified on VogaCloset APP. The rate of redemption may vary and is subject to change at our sole discretion. Spending your active POINTS does not affect your tier progress nor decrease your current tier.

Value of Points

Points have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash. The accumulation of points does not entitle VOGA VIP members to any vested rights, and VogaCloset does not guarantee in any way the continued availability of any reward, discount, or any other benefit. VogaCloset assumes no liability to registered customers as regards the addition or deletion of items for which points can be collected and/or redeemed.

Expiry of Points

Unless otherwise specified within these terms and conditions or in a specific campaign, POINTS will expire automatically if not redeemed or used for a purchase within 12 months from the date they are earned. Promotional POINTS, however, will expire 2 months from the date they are earned. Please be aware that these expiration durations may vary depending on the details of each campaign.

Transferring Points

POINTS cannot be assigned, exchanged, traded, bartered, purchased, or given by gift or otherwise sold between accounts or different countries and cannot be combined with points of another account. Any points so acquired are void. For the avoidance of doubt, such prohibited transfers include transfers upon operation of law upon the death of a member.

Tiers Structure

VOGA VIP consists of multiple tiers: Blue, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier unlocks a unique array of rewards, including but not limited to welcome rewards, an annual birthday reward, free returns, and free shipping, with each reward being subject to additional and specific terms and conditions that can be found on our Reward page through the following link: https://vogacloset.com/voga-vip/
Advancement to each subsequent tier is contingent upon the accumulation of POINTS earned through purchases made through your account. You will be automatically advanced to the next tier (extending the benefits of your new tier for another 12 months calculated from the time of tier advancement).

Spending your active POINTS does not result in a decrease in Tier even if your active POINTS were to fall below the Tier change threshold within the loyalty year.
There is no cap on the POINTS that can be earned in any VOGAVIP period. We retain the right to review and amend benefits, caps, and tier thresholds at our sole discretion at any time.
At the commencement of a new loyalty year, tier evaluation occurs and the new tier is established based on the total tier active POINTS balance at the time of tier evaluation. Details on Tier Evaluation can be found on the customer’s account: My account → VOGAVIP.

Notification

By enrolling in VOGA VIP, you consent to receive notifications related to VOGAVIP, including changes to VOGAVIP, special offers, promotional materials, and updates on your points balance.

Termination or Disenrollment from VOGAVIP

VogaCloset reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict your account and/or your participation in VOGAVIP if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms and Conditions or that the use of your account is unfair, unauthorized, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful. Upon termination of the account, any POINTS will expire and are forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

VogaCloset shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation or inability to participate in VOGAVIP or the use or inability to use the POINTS.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

VOGAVIP is subject to the laws of England and Wales. Disputes relating to VOGAVIP are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

Confidential Information

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will maintain the privacy and security of all personal information collected from members. Personal information will be processed according to the VogaCloset Privacy Policy.
You understand that through your use of the VOGAVIP, you consent to the collection and use of this information.

Understanding and Agreement

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you confirm your full understanding and agreement of all terms mentioned within this document and/or the terms mentioned within the online pages whose links are embedded within these VOGAVIP Terms and Conditions.

Your VOGAVIP dashboard is accessible through your VogaCloset account.

Ensure that you are subscribed to our push and e-mail notifications so we can provide you with updates about your access membership.

We recommend that you review these Terms and Conditions regularly to be aware of any changes. Your continued participation in VOGAVIP will constitute your acceptance of any such changes. VogaCloset reserves the right to make changes to its Terms and Conditions without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions regularly to stay informed of any changes.

VogaCloset reserves the right to terminate VOGA VIP at any time.
