Please remember that this stain is not caused by the leather itself, but by the dye and coloring product in contact. - Please send the product for return or exchange in an unprinted bag that does not give off transparent dye. - Weekly, remove any dust or dirt from the surface of the product with a white and soft cotton cloth moistened with pure soapy water when necessary, rinse and dry.
