We offer the option of returning your items using our home collection service.  The cost of the return request is 2,664 KZT, which will be deducted from your refund. However, there are no return fees on your first order!

Step 1. Log in to your account and tell us what you are returning and why :), If you have no account you can access your order by completing the return form here. Select the required return method and print off your label.

Step 2. Choose the preferred return method Home collection or Drop Off, then print the return label sent to your email and attach it to the outer package and drop it off at the nearest Aramex branch or wait for the courier's call on the nominated day of collection.

Step 3. We will follow up on the return request from our side, once received in our warehouse within 7- 28 days you will receive an email with the refund. The refund method depends on the original payment method:

1. Bank Card: If you paid using a bank card: The amount will be refunded to your card (this can take up to 14 days for the money to show on your statement)

2. PayPal: Your amount will be refunded to your PayPal account.

Unfortunately, we have a strict no-return policy on all beauty lines, lingerie, briefs, swimming suits, and pierced jewelry such as earrings. These items are not eligible for return for health and hygiene reasons.
