1- Wash your face after sweating

You’ve probably heard this one before, multiple times - it’s because it’s true! Picking, popping, or squeezing your acne only makes things worse. It also increases the risk of getting acne scars; you don’t want that!
5- Protect your face from UV rays
This goes for every skin type or concern, but is definitely more true for people with acne-prone skin. It’s summer season and we know you’ve been all about the tan - please do your skin a favor and avoid the sun damage all in all.
