Description

This knitwear collection, entitled Blanchemaille, pays tribute to the textile history of La Redoute. It revisits seven iconic designs created by La Redoute in the 1920s and 1930s.
 -  Machine wash on cold wool cycle or maximum 20°
 -  Enzyme- and softener-free detergent for wool and soft fabrics
 -  Spin at up to 400rpm
 -  Dry flat
These creations reinterpret the aesthetic codes of the era in the light of 2026, adapting them to contemporary silhouettes and sensibilities, thus affirming a renewed link between heritage, savoir-faire and contemporary creation.
These pieces feature graphic prints and trompe-l'œil effects. The dresses are inspired by the 1920s, with a nod to the sportswear of the era, combining freedom of movement with functional elegance. Other silhouettes take on a more classic approach, with the introduction of a pussy-bow collar and pleated skirt.
