Lightweight Packable Coat

The diagonal quilting runs in a V-formation across the front panels, drawing the eye inward rather than adding bulk - a considered detail that sets this apart from standard padded coats. A cinched, belted waist sits at the mid-section, giving the coat a defined silhouette despite the volume of the fill - it nips in without pulling. The attached hood sits high against the neck, offering genuine protection when raised while folding back neatly when not in use. At approximately 86cm in length, it hits mid-thigh - long enough to cover and warm, short enough not to overwhelm the frame. Zip pockets sit flush at the hip, keeping the front profile clean, with an additional chest zip pocket adding a functional, structured detail. A coat that earns its place on a cold morning commute just as readily as a weekend walk through the city. The mid-thigh length and waist-cinching belt mean it reads as put-together rather than purely practical - there is a clear shape to it, even under the quilted volume. The nylon shell sheds light rain and wind without stiffening, and the coat packs down for travel without losing its form when unfolded. The model wears it over slim black leggings with knee-high leather boots, which is precisely the right instinct - the defined hem length and tall boot create a long, unbroken line through the leg. For a sharper off-duty look, pair with straight-cut tailored trousers and a fine-knit roll-neck underneath. The high neck and structured hood mean you can leave the scarf at home on most winter days, making this a genuinely self-contained cold-weather piece rather than a starting point for layering.
