VogaCloset offers you free international returns. If for any reason you wish to return an item you must inform us within 14 days of receiving your order by signing into your account or contacting us at customercare@vogacloset.com if you do not have an account

Once we receive your returned item(s) we will refund you as promptly as possible only if the items comply with the return policy. We will refund you the money back as store credit to your Vogacloset account ,or send you a voucher code to use on your next purchase on the website if you checked out as a guest. If you paid by credit card, the money will be refunded back to your bank account, this may take up to 14 days to appear on your statement.

You will be refunded the full value of your purchase minus the shipping costs. Customs duties, taxes, clearance and handling fees are also non-refundable as they are paid to third parties.

How to make a Return

Step 1.  Log in to your account and tell us what you are returning and why :)

If you have no account you can access your order by completing the return form here

Select required return method and print off your label. You can track returns as they make their way back to our UK hub in London.

Step 2.  Send it! If you selected drop off just drop it at your nearest hub otherwise for collection, hand it over to the driver on the nominated day of collection. Make sure you keep your proof of postage!
 
Step 3. Your return arrives back at Vogacloset! Our team will make sure the items comply with our return policy before they can authorise your refund - this could take us up to 3 days once it arrives back in our warehouse.  
 
Step 4. Your refund is on its way. The refund method depends on the original payment method:
 
1. If checked out with your Vogacloset account: Store credit
 
2. If you checked out as guest: Coupon code
 
3. If you paid using a bank card: The amount will be refunded to your card (this can take up to 14 days for the money to show on your statement)

Please ensure to return the goods in the original and undamaged packaging. Hand over the completed return form to Aramex driver along with the returned item(s).

If you have any problems with making a return or do not have a VogaCloset account, please contact us at customercare@vogacloset.com and a representative will contact you within 24 hours to assist you.

Our Policy

Items you wish to return should be in their original condition, unused and with all tags still attached.

Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered or missing items that came with them such as belts, authenticity cards or dust bags may not be accepted.

Lingerie, Swimwear, Beauty products and Pierced Jewelry

Unfortunately we have a strict no-return policy on all beauty lines, lingerie, briefs, swimming suits, and pierced jewelry such as earrings. These items are not eligible for return for health and hygiene reasons.

Shoes

All shoes must be returned in their original undamaged shoebox and must be unmarked and unsoiled.

Colors

Although we have made every effort to display colors as accurately as possible for the products on VogaCloset, computer monitors vary in how they display colors and we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display the colors accurately.
